MEETING OF T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS March 13, 1 9 2 8 The annual meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 10 o'clock a. m. on Tuesday, March 13, 1928. The following members were present: Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Dr. Noble, Mr. Ward. President Kinley was present. In the absence of President Trees, Mr. Barr was made chairman. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of February 14, 1928. O n motion of Dr. Noble, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 531 to 558 above. 559
