MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS February 14, 1 9 2 8 The February meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9:30 a. m. on Tuesday, February 14, 1928. The following members were present: President Trees, Mr. Armstrong, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Dr. Noble. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of January 4, 1928. President Kinley asked permission to correct the record of his recommendation in the case of W . P. Maxfield (pages 521-522) by inserting the following sentence in line 3, page 522: The department reported that there was no work in the department which he could do; and he was incapacitated for any other work. O n motion of Mrs. Ickes, the minutes were approved (as corrected) as printed on pages 517 to 529 above. 53i
