MEETING OF T H E B O A R D OF TRUSTEES OF THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 17, 1 9 2 7 The November meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 9 o'clock a. m. on Thursday, November 17, 1927. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Trees, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Dr. Noble. Governor Small arrived later in the forenoon. President Kinley was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of September 27 and October 12, 1927. O n motion of Mrs. Evans, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 433 to 485 above. 487
