(West) D e a r President Kin ley: I transmit to you herewith the Quarterly Report of the Comptroller to the Board of Trustees as of June 30, 1927. As this report comes at the end of the fiscal year thefigurestherein represent in total the transactions of the year ending that date, and the condition of the various funds at that time.
