414 BOARD OF TRUSTEES [Juty 14 (7) Evidence of solicitation of Harris's clients was presented. In the judgment of the Committee, the evidence, which is confined to the prmting of several hundred powers of attorney naming H. Archibald Harris in the text thereof, and the sending of one letter to many of his former clients, does not warrant the revocation of the certificates of the respondents. There may have been further solicitation but this is not touched upon by the evidence. Respectfully submitted, G. P.
