The proposed price is the low bid. The cost of these uniforms is refunded to the University by the War Department, not to exceed $30 per uniform. I recommend that this authority be granted. O n motion of D r . Noble, this contract was authorized.

SEATS AT SWIMMING POOL IN MEN'S GYMNASIUM

(37) I recommend that the proposal of the Athletic Association to pay for seats in the N e w Gymnasium natatoriums be accepted, and that they be permitted to arrange for the necessary changes with the contractor and to install the seats proposed, all under the supervision and direction of the Supervising Architect. O n motion of M r s . Ickes, this recommendation w a s adopted.
