MEETING O F T H E B O A R D O F T R U S T E E S OP THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS October 20, 1926 The October meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at 9 o'clock a.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 1926, at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago. W h e n the Board convened, the following members were present: President Trees, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes. Mr. Armstrong, Dr. Noble, and Mr. W h a m came during the session. Provost K. C. Babcock, acting for the President of the University, was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of September 11, 1926. O n motion of Mrs. Grigsby, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 95 to 138 above. 139
