D E G R E E S A N D G R A D U A T E W O R K IN LIBRARY S C I E N C E (30) A joint recommendation from the Executive Faculty of the Graduate School and the Faculty of the Library School, approved by the Council of Administration acting for the Senate, that the degree of Bachelor of Arts in Library Science be given on completion of the first year of the Library School course and the degree of Master of Arts in Library Science, as a Graduate School degree, on completion of the second year of the course, the admission requirements to remain as they are now and this change to apply to all students entering the Library School for the first time in September, 1926, and thereafter, and to any students enrolled in the Library School in the past who may elect to come under this arrangement. O n motion of M r s . Evans, this recommendation w a s adopted.1 CHANGES IN GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS (31) The Council of Administration, acting for the University Senate, has approved the following changes in graduation requirements: Curriculum in Landscape Architecture; that History of Architecture (Architecture 11 and 12), six hours, be prescribed and that the requirement of eight hours of foreign language be discontinued. Curriculum in Nutrition and Dietetics; (In H o m e Economics) that physiological chemistry (Chemistry 15), five hours, be prescribed and botany,fivehours, be discontinued. All Curricula in Commerce; that the requirement of six hours in Transportation be reduced to three hours. O n motion of M r s . Grigsby, these recommendations were adopted. REVISED C U R R I C U L U M IN P H A R M A C Y (32) The Faculty of the School of Pharmacy recommends the adoption of the following curriculum, to go into effect in October, 1926. This curriculum contains certain revisions over that presented to the Board in December, 1924. The Council of Administration, acting for the University Senate, has approved these revisions.
