! II PHASE I. The University's first permanen t building totaling approximately 200,000 gross sq. ft. will be constructed in Phase I, scheduled for completion in Sept ember 1973 . This building will house the first stage of th e Library-Learning Resource C e n t e r . Until the Library-Learn ing Resource Center g r o w s to its maximum projected size of 60 0,000 volumes by 1978 a large portion of this building wil 1 be assigned to c l a s s r o o m s , offices and mechanically unso phisticated laboratory space which will be gradually reloc ated.
