PHASE I. The University's first permanent build ing totaling approximately 200,000 gross sq. ft. will be cons tructed in Phase I/ scheduled for completion in September 1 973. This building will house the first stage of the Libra ry-Learning Resource Center. Until the Library-Learning Res ource Center grows to its maximum projected size of 600,000 v olumes by 1976 a large portion of this building will be as signed to classrooms, offices and mechanically unsophistic ated labor* story space which will be gradually relocated.
