On motion of Mrs. Ickes, these fees were authorized. TILING AND GRADING (13) The Supervising Architect requests an appropriation of $5,500 to cover the expense of tiling the new land acquired at College place and adjoining. I recommend an appropriation of $5,500 be made from the Reserve and Contingent Fund to the Supervising Architect's office for this purpose. On motion of Mr. Barr, this appropriation was made, by the following vote: Aye, Mr. Barr, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Grigsby, Mrs. Ickes, Mr. Small, Mr. Wham; no, none; absent, Mr. Armstrong, Mr. Blair, Mr. Noble, Mr. Trees. REPORT OF THE TREASURER OF THE UNIVERSITY (14) Following is the report of the Treasurer of the University, Mr. A. M.
