The Stowe Stoker Company of St. Louis. I recommend that the contract be awarded to the Laclede Stoker Company, who are the low bidders, at their price of $4,600.00. The schedule of bids is attached hereto. This will make the new pair of boilers exact duplicates throughout of the two which we set in 1919. The plans for the building are nearing completion and bids on the building itself will be ready for consideration at the June meeting of the Board. Yours truly,

James M. White
