LENOX EDMOND TRICKLE (12) O n recommendation of the faculty of the College of Engineering, the Council of Administration recommends that the degree of Bachelor of Science in Railway Electrical Engineering be granted M r . Lenox E d m o n d Trickle as of the class of 1918. M r . Trickle is one of the students w h o left before graduation to enter the Army. It has n o w been established that under the action of the University concerning such students he is entitled to his degree. T h i s degree w a s conferred.
