Discontinuation of the Doctor of Arts in Chemistry, College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, Chicago

(14) The chancellor at Chicago, with the advice of the Chicago Senate, the Graduate College, and the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, recommends the discontinuation of the Doctor of Arts in Chemistry degree program. The Doctor of Arts in Chemistry was created for individuals who sought a terminal degree program that focussed not only on the discipline of chemistry, but also on the art of teaching chemistry at the community or senior college level.
