Rate Changes for University-Operated Housing Facilities, Chicago and Urbana

(12) The chancellors at each campus have recommended rate changes for Universityoperated housing for the 1994-95 academic year. The increases are required to meet operational costs (salaries and wages, utilities, general price increases, including food) and to provide for debt service and repair and replacement reserve requirements.
