Employment of Architect/Engineer, Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Administration Facility, Urbana (15) The president of the University, with the concurrence of the appropriate administrative officers, recommends the employment of O'Donnell, Wicklund, Pigozzi 8c Peterson, Deerfield, for the professional architectural and engineering services required for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics Administration Facility at the Urbana campus. The firm's fee for the professional services required for the master planning/ program development phase will be on an hourly basis, not to exceed $37,920; the firm's fee for schematic design through construction administration phases will be a fixed fee of $420,230; the firm's fee for construction on-site observation will be on an hourly basis, estimated to be $81,120; plus reimbursables estimated to be $71,570. The $6.7 million project consists of a 39,900 gsf facility which will house the administrative offices for the Division of Intercollegiate Athletics and offices for the majority of men's and women's athletic programs, as well as the ticket office functions.
