A complete list of the purchases, with supporting information (including the quotations received), was sent to each member of the board in advance of the meeting. A copy is being filed with the secretary of the board for record.

On motion of Ms. Reese, the purchases recommended were authorized by the following vote: Aye, Dr. Bacon, Mr. Boyle, Mrs. Calder, Dr. Gindorf, Mr. Grabowski, Mrs. Gravenhorst, Mr. Lamont, Ms. Lopez, Ms. Reese; no, none; absent, Governor Edgar. (The student advisory vote was: Aye, Ms. Huff; absent, Mr. Riley.)

Report of Nonsalaried Faculty, 1993-94, Chicago

(10) On recommendation of the chancellor at Chicago, I have approved appointments and reappointments to the nonsalaried faculty of the Colleges of Associated Health Professions; Architecture, Art, and Urban Planning; Dentistry; Education; Engineering; Liberal Arts and Sciences; Medicine; Nursing; and Pharmacy; the School of Public Health; Institute for Study of Developmental Disabilities; Library; and the Program in Military Science, for the academic year 1993-94, beginning September 1, 1993. The appointments are filed with the secretary of the Board of Trustees and her office will issue the usual notices of appointment. The following is a summary of the number of appointments in each unit.
