The Secretary presented also for record the following list of appointments made by President Kinley.

Bloom, Margaret, Clerk and Stenographer in the College of Education, at a salary of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month, from January 1, 1922, to September 1, 1922, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission. This appointment supersedes her previous appointment. (December 22, 1921)1 Brennan, Mary E., Bookkeeper in the office of the Supervising Architect, at a salary of one hundred thirty dollars ($130) a month, from January 1, 1922, to September 1, 1922, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission. This appointment supersedes her previous appointment. (January 5, 1922) Capron, Ruth B., Secretary to the Dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences, from December 1, 1921, to September 1, 1922, at a salary of one hundred twenty dollars ($120) a month. This appointment supersedes her previous appointment. (December 17, 1921) Conway, Lauretta, University Junior Stenographer in the Department of Animal Husbandry, at a salary of seventy-five dollars ($75) a month, from January 1, 1922, to September 1, 1922, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
