This appointment supersedes her previous appointment. (Septemper 1, 1921)1 Andrews, M. W., Assistant and Private Secretary to the President, for eleven months, beginning October 1, 1921, at a salary of four hundred sixteen and twothirds dollars ($416.66) a month. (October 6, 1921V Atkinson, Helen, Assistant in English, on two-thirds time, for ten months, beginning September 1, 1921, at a salary of one hundred dollars ($100) a month.
