The Secretary presented for record the following reports from Arthu r Young and Company concerning the report of the Comptroller for the quarter ending June 30, 1921, and concerning the published annual report of the Comptroller for the year ending June 30, 1921.

DEAR SIRS:

We have audited the Cash Receipts and Disbursements of the University of Illinois for the quarter ending June 30,1921, thus completing the entire year of 1920-1921, and certify that the Receipts and Disbursements as embodied in the report of the Comptroller for that period are in accordance with the books, and, in our opinion, are correct.
