MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES —OF THE— UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS September 13, 1921 The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, on Tuesday, September 13, 1921. As there was no quorum, the meeting was adjourned to Wednesday, September 21, 1921, at 10 a. m., at the University, in Urbana. A D J O U R N E D SESSION, S E P T E M B E R 2 1 , 1Q21 When the Board convened at the University at 10 a. m. on Wednesday, September 21, 1921, the following members were present: President Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Busey, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Noble. President Kinley and Vice-President Davenport were present; also, during part of the day, Professor J. M. White, Superintendent of Business Operations. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of August 1, 1921. On motion of Mr. Hoit, the minutes were approved as printed on pages 13 to 79 above. 81
