Doocy, Helen L., Scholar in Romance Language, for ten months, beginning September 1, 1918, with a stipendium of two hundred fifty dollars ($250) for the year. (May 29, 1918). *Dorr, Otto, Instructor in Military Studies in the U. S. School of Military Aeronautics, at salary of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month, beginning July 1, 1918, and continuing until further notice; this appointment superseding his previous appointment. (June 24, 1918). Edwards, Alice L., Associate in Home Economics, for two years beginning September 1, 1918, at a salary of eighteen hundred dollars ($1800) a year. (July 8, 1918). Eicher, B.
