McCONN APPOINTED ASSISTANT TO PRESIDENT (3) A recommendation from the Acting, President that he be authorized to appoint Mr. C. Ml McConn temporarily (until Septl 1st next or until further action) as Assistant to the President at a salary rate of $5,000 per year.
