2. In consideration of the permission to construct, maintain and operate the additional track mentioned in paragraph I, the Company agrees in constructing said track to be guided by the specifications ..and, approval of the Supervising Architect of the University of Illinois; that it will at its own expense make all changes in the repairs to walks, drives, tunnels, sewers and pipes necessitated by such construction work; that it will gravel or sod, as required, the space between the rails of such additional track and the space between the existing track and such additional track as shall be required by the Supervising Architect of the University. 3. It is understood that permission granted by this indenture shall in no way change or modify the obligations of the said Company as set forth in the agreement of December 8, 1908, whereby said Company constructed the existing line of track from Oregon street in Urbana to Daniel Street in Champaign. It is further understood that the University does not by this instrument waive any of its police or other jurisdiction over the strip of land to be occupied by such additional track. A. Eigenmann a warrant for $489.01 to.coyer the balance of.« expenses of Mr. W. R Allen, representative of the University of Illinois in the above expedition.
