OARR Secretary President EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEETING, AUGUST 15, 1919 A meeting of the Executive Committee of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, on Friday, August 15, 1919, immediately following the adjournment of the meeting of the Board on the same day. Mr. W. L. Abbott and Mr. O. W. Hoit, members of the Committee, were present, also Acting President Kinley. APPOINTMENT OF DR. H. G. ADLER On recommendation of the Acting President, Dr. H. G. Acller of the Department of Public Welfare was appointed Professor of Criminology and Head of the Department of Social Hygiene, Criminology and Medical Jurisprudence for one year beginning September 1, 1919, without salary.
