R., Associate in Soil Fertility in the department of Agronomy in the College of Agriculture and the Agricultural Experiment Station, for one year, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of eighteen hundred dollars ($1,800) for the year. (August 7, 1919;) Sutherland, E. H., Assistant Professor of Sociology, for three years, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500) a year. (August 4, 1919.) Swain, I. W., Instructor in History for ten months, beginning September 1, 1919, at a salary of fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500) for the period. (August 4, 1919.)
