M r . T r i m b l e offered a m o t i o n t h a t t h e b u d g e t be a p p r o v e d . M r s . B u s e y s t a t e d t h a t she would r e q u e s t to be recorded as n o t v o t i n g on the a p p r o v a l of t h e b u d g e t , because she could n o t conscientiously v o t e for a list of n a m e s including some persons whose c o n t i n u e d e m p l o y m e n t b y t h e U n i v e r s i t y she considered improper and unwise.
