Garver, Willia K., Assistant in the Catalog Department of the Library, at a salary of seventy-five dollars ($75) a month, beginning January 27, 1919, and continuing until further notice; subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission. E., Associate in Soil Physics in the Department of Agronomy, in the Agricultural Experiment Station, from December 1, 1918, to September 1, 1920, at a salary of eighteen hundred dollars ($1800) a year.
