Evans NEEDS OF DEPARTMENTS PRESENTED v On request of President James, the Board listened to the presentation of the needs of the colleges and departments of the University, as follows: The College of Engineering, by Dean Richards, Professor Proyine, Professor Talbot, and Professor NewelL At 12 o'clock, a recess was taken, for luncheon. AFTERNOON SESSION, MARCH 11, 1919 When the Board convened, at 2 o'clock p. m., after the recess, the same members were present as during the morning session. President James was present. ••>,..• NEEDS OF DEPARTMENTS The Board continued the consideration of the needs of departments, as follows: The College of Agriculture, presented by Dean Davenport, Professor Harding, Professor Mumford, Professor Smith, Superintendent Rankin, Professor Bevier, Professor Handselling Professor Blair. The Bureau of Educational Research, presented by Director Buckingham. At 6 o'clock, a recess was taken, for dinner. EVENING SESSION, MARCH 11, 1919 When the Board convened at 8 o'clock, p. m. after the recess, the following members were present: President Carr, Mr. Abbott, Mrs. Blake, Mrs. Evans, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Trimble, Mr; Ward.
