that time be mutually agreed upon. It is further understood and agreed that the party of the first part shall be free to license any other corporation to use the patents mentioned aforesaid, after the expiration of the initial exclusive license granted to the party of the second part; but under no circumstances shall such licenses be granted under terms more favorable than those set forth in the original license.
