(January 23, 1918). *Davis, Virgil, Stenographer in the Office of the Commandant of the United States School of Military Aeronautics, at a salary of eighty-three and one-third dollars ($83.33) a month, beginning when he reports for duty and continuing until further notice. (January 24, 1918). *Dunlap, B. H., Instructor in Signalling and Radio in the United States School of Military Aeronautics, at a salary of one hundred dollars ($100) a month, beginning January 8, 1918, and continuing until further notice. (January 8, 1918). *Eddy, H. T., Instructor in Engines in the United States School of Military Aeronautics, at a salary of one hundred twenty-five dollars ($125) a month, beginning January 14, 1918, and continuing until further notice. O., General Assistant in the Library, with salary at the rate of seventy-five dollars a month ($75), beginning February 1, 1918 and continuing until further notice, subject to the rules of the Civil Service Commission.
