At this point, the college and departmental needs were presented by Dean Davenport and Professors Blair and Hopkins, for the College of Agriculture and Agricultural Experiment Station; by Dean Ballantine, for the College of Law; by Dean Babcock and Professors Adams, Johnston,, and Shelford, fox the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences; by Dean Richards and Professors Schmidt, Stoek, Talbot, and Washburn, far- the College of Engineering and Engineering Experiment Station; by Professor C M. Thompson, for the College of Comitneree and Business Administration; and by Director P. L, Windsor for the Library and the Lifcrafy School. During the presentation! of departmental needs, Mrs. Busey returned, Th.e.Bosurd took a recess, at 6 p> ni>, for one hour. EVENING SESSION, J U L Y 17, 191? When the Board convened, after the recess* at the University Club of Urbana-Champaign, the same persons were prese&t as dudnjf the morning and afternoon sessions. The Board continued its consideration of matters submitted by President James.
