MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES -OF THE- UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS D e c e m b e r 12, 1916 The quarterly meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held at the University, in Urbana, on Tuesday, December 12, 1916, beginning at 10 a, m. As there was no quorum, the Board adjourned to meet at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 12 m. on Thursday, December 14, 1916. Ii. E. CUNNINGHAM W. L. ABBOTT Secretary President ADJOURNED SESSION, DECEMBER 14, 1916 Pursuant to the adjournment taken on Tuesday, December 12, 1916, the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met at the Blackstone Hotel, in Chicago, at 12 m. on Thursday, December 14, 1916. The following members were present: President Abbott, Mrs. Busey, Mr. Carr, Mrs. Evans, Mrs. Henrotin, Mr. Hoit, Miss Watson. President James was present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meeting of November 1.8, 1916, and of the adjourned session of November 22, 1916. On motion of Mr. Carr, the minutes were approved as printed above on pages 135 to 177, inclusive. MEETING OF EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE, DECEMBER 7, 1916 The Secretary presented for record a report of the meeting of the Executive Committee held on Thursday, December 7, 1916.
