(September 13, 1916.) Stolfa, Ladislaw, Assistant in Therapeutics in the College of Medicine, on one-half time, for ten months beginning October 1, 1916, at a salary of four hundred dollars ($400) for the period. (October 9, 1916.) Stopp, G. D., Assistant in English, for ten months beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of one thousand dollars ($1000) for the period. (July 25, 1916.) Strauch, F. P., Research Fellow in Gas Engineering, beginning September 1, 1916, and running for two years, at a stipend of five hundred dollars ($500) for each year. (September 25, 1916.) Suteliffe, E . G., Instructor in English, for ten months beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of twelve hundred dollars ($1200) for the period; this appointment superseding his previous appointment as Assistant. (October 9, 1916.) Swinney, E. E., Instructor in Public School Music, for one year beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of fifteen hundred dollars ($1500) for the year. (September 8, 1916.) Taggart, Clementine, University Secretary in the Agricultural Experiment Station, beginning October 1, 1916, and continuing until further notice, at a salary of sixty-five dollars ($65) a month, to be paid from Federal funds. (October 13, 1916.) Tanner, F. W., Instructor in Bacteriology, for ten months beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of fifteen hundred dollars ($1500) a year; this appointment superseding his previous appointment as Instructor in Dairy Husbandry. (September 20, 1916.) Thurber, C. N., Assistant in English, for the academic year 1916-17, beginning September 27, 1916, at a salary of one thousand dollars ($1000) for the year; this appointment superseding his previous appointment on onehalf time. (September 29, 1916.) *Tolman, R. C , Professor of Physical Chemistry, beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of three thousand dollars ($3000) a year. (August 10, 1916.) Tominago, A. S., Technician in the department of Pharmacology and Therapeutics in the College of Medicine, from September 1, 1916, until further notice, at a salary of forty dollars ($40) a month. (September 30, 1916.) Ulich, L. H., Graduate Assistant in Chemistry, for ten months beginning September 1, 1916, at a salary of three hundred dollars ($300) for the period. (September 20, 1916.) Upp, R. W., Assistant in Operative and Prosthetic Technics in the College of Dentistry, from October 1, 1916, to June 1, 1917, on one-half time, at a salary of fifty dollars ($50) a month.
