MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES -OF THE- UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS November 18, 1916 A special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois was held in the Trustees' room, at the University, in Urbana, at 10:30 a. m., on Saturday, November j8, 1916, pursuant to the following notice which was sent out by the Secretary on November n , 1916: On the call of the President, Mr, W* L, Abbott, a special meeting of the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois will be held in the Trustees' room, at the University, in Urbana, on Saturday, November 18, 1916, beginning at 10:30 a. m., to consider such matters as the committees of the Board and the President of the University may submit, and. such other matters as may be duly presented, When the Board convened, the following members were present: President Abbott, Mr. Blair, Mrs. Busey, Mrs, Evans, Mrs. Henrotin, Mr. Hoit, Mr. Ward, Miss Watson, During a part of the morning, Mr. Lloyd Morey, Acting Comptroller, and Professor J. M. White, Supervising Architect, were present. MINUTES APPROVED The Secretary presented the minutes of the meetings of July 21-22, September 12-21, and October 18, 1916. On motion of Mrs, Evans, the minutes were approved as printed above on pages 1-134, inclusive.
