for the University for the biennium 1911-1913 three million, five hundred nineteen thousand, three hundred dollars ($3,519,300.00). President James presented also an estimate of the income from the funds derived from the federal government and from the fees of students, and of the balance in the treasury of the University on July 1, 1911, which will make a sum total, from all sources and for all purposes, for the biennium beginning July 1, 1911, of four millions of dollars.
