Dr. Davison, from t h e Committee on t h e College of Medicine, s t a t e d t h a t a conference h a d b e e n h a d w i t h a committee appointed b y t h e College of Physicians and Surgeons, a n d t h a t t h e committee h a d a g r e e d to recommend to t h e University, a n d to t h e College of P h y s i c i a n s a n d Surgeons, t h a t t h e existing c o n t r a c t b e t w e e n t h e m be t e r m i n a t e d by t h e p a y m e n t of $385,000.00 by t h e University for t h e p r o p e r t y of t h e College of P h y s i c i a n s a n d Surgeons, w h i c h is t h e subject of t h e e x i s t i n g contract. President James explained at some length the desirability of asking for appropriations as indicated in the foregoing report. After a full discussion, during which a recess was taken until 7:30 o'clock, it was voted to ask for appropriations as follows:
