The course pursued by the College of Agriculture in not entering competition at the Live Stock Exhibition was approved and it was voted that the department should stay out of such competitions for the future, and also shoald not compete for the Armour scholarships I t was directed that the Agricultural Department should state publicly its reasons for the course pursued in this matter.

Paper G is a statement of the College of Medicine appropriation September 30, 1906. Paper H is an estimate of the receipts and expenses for the nine months ending* June 30, 1907. Paper I is a list of the appropriations the board is requested to make at this time. Paper L is a report of the receipts by the chief clerk for the three months ending September 30, 1906.
