1906] PROCEEDINGS OF THE BOAED OF TRUSTEES. 319 On motion of Mr. Lehman, the question was referred to the Committee on Agriculture and the Committee on Buildings and Grounds to investigate and report at the next regular meeting. On motion'of Mr. McLean, Nathaniel Hay was appointed Purchasing Agent for six months from February I, 1906, and it was ordered that he should furnish a satisfactory bond to the amount of $10,000.00.
