Paper P is a list of the School of Pharmacy vouchers presented for audit, being Nos. 242 to 288, inclusive. NOMINATIONS AND A P P O I N T M E N T S BY P R E S I D E N T JAMES.

1. The following persons are hereby nominated for the positions indicated : John W. Case, Assistant Professor of Architectural Design, at a salary of $1,800, beginning September 1, 1905. F. O. Dufour, Assistant Professor of Bridge Engineering, at a salary of $1,800, beginning September 1, 1905. C. H. Hurd, Assistant Professor of Applied Mechanics, at a salary of $1,600, to begin September 1, 1905. Voted that the said persons be elected to their respective positions. 2. S. Geijsbeek has declined the Professorship of Ceramics to which he was elected at the previous meeting of the Board. Voted that the President be authorized to select a Professor of Ceramics for the coming year in the place of M r . Geijsbeek. 3. In accordance with the authority of the Board the following persons have been appointed to the respective positions indicated, and at the salaries named below: O. L. Gearhart, Assistant in Blue Printing and Photography, at a salary of one thousand dollars, for twelve months, beginning September 1, 1905. P. E. Woods, Assistant in Ichthyology in State Laboratory of Natural History, at a salary of one thousand dollars, beginning September 1, 1905.
