1903, except that the University consents that such debts up to the limit of $12,000 may be paid out of earnings acquired since that date as provided above. 4. That the Chicago College of Dental Surgery shall agree that said institution has no outstanding contracts with instructors, employes or otherwise to run more than one year from May 1, 1903, except in one case which has less than two years to run. 'Resolved, That the President and Secretary of the Board be and are hereby authorized to execute such supplementary contract and attach thereto the seal of the University; TREASURER'S REPORT.

The Secretary presented the Treasurer's report for the quarter ending September 30, 1903, and it was referred to the Finance Committee.
