The Board then took a recess until 3:30 p. m. After the recess it was voted, on motion of Mr. Bullard, to a p p r o priat< $125, or so much thereof as might be needed, for the publication of the report of the meeting of the Alumni Association. It was also voted that a bronze cast be made from the medallion of President Draper presented by the College of Law to the University.

BUSINESS MANAGER'S REPORT.

The Business Manager made the following report, which was referred to the Finance Committee:
