FACULTY APPOINTMENTS.

I recommend that Faculty appointments be made as follows: Deans, 1. That Thomas Jonathan Burrill be re-elected Vice-President and Dean of the Graduate School. 2. That Thomas Arkle Clark be re-elected Dean of Undergraduates and Assistant to the President. 3. That Deans of the Colleges be re-elected as follows: Literature and Arts, David Kinley; Engineering, Nathan Clifford Ricker; Science, Stephen Alfred Forbes; Agriculture, Eugene Davenport. 4. That Judge Oliver Albert Harker be elected Dean of the College of Law and Professor of Law in place of James Brown Scott, who resigns to go to Columbia University Law School.
