We find that the vouchers for the quarter ending December 31, 1899, and those previously reported missing, to be duly receipted and in proper form. We have examined the financial reports of the Illinois State Laboratory of Natural History for the quarters ending September 30, 1899, and December 31, 1899, and have found them correct.
