Contracts No. 23, 40, 54, 58, 65, 140, and 145 were paid in full and deeds vrere given. Contracts No. 84, 85, 97, 98, 103, 112, 113, and 114, have been declared void, as no payments have been received on them since 1896. It is thought that the rest of the contracts will stand. A statement of the payments, on the contracts is given herewith. The amount received on account of the principal has been paid to the State Treasurer and the amount of interest received has been turned over to the university treasurer.
