McLean, Esq., President Board of Trustees, University of Illinois, S I R : — I have the honor to hand you herewith the following financial statements and reports: Paper J. is a statement of the current appropriations, March 31, 1899. Paper B is a statement of the State appropriations, March 31, 1899. Paper C is a statement of the United States fund, March 31, 1899. Paper D is a statement of the Laboratory of Natural History fund, March 31,1899. Paper E is a statement of the Agricultural Experiment Station appropriations, March 31, 1899. Paper F is a statement of the School of Pharmacy appropriations, March 31,1899. Paper G is a statement of the School of Medicine appropriations, March 31, 1899. . Paper H is an estimate of receipts and expenses for the twelve months ending June 30, 1900. Paper I is a list of appropriations for the three months ending September 30, 1899, which the Board is requested to make at this time. Paper L is a statement of the receipts by the Business Manager for the three months ending March 31, 1899.
