On motion of Mr. Raymond, a rebate of $200-00 was allowed the tenant on the south farm on his rent due September 1, 1896. The Board then adjourned to meet at 9 o'clock a. m. Wednesdaymorning.

SESSION OF WEDNESDAY MORNING.

When the board met pursuant to adjournment the same members were present as on Tuesday afternoon. The question of famishing steam heat to the contractors of Library hall was referred to Professor Breckenridge and the Business Manager with power to make a contract with regard to this matter, if they deemed it best to do so. The request of Mr. J. J. Johnson to be paid for clothing lost at the time of the fire in the Chemical Laboratory was not granted. The committee on legislative appropriations made the following report:
