100 UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS. MEETING OF JUNE 6, 1893. The Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois met in the University parlor, in Urbana, 111., at 3:30 o'clock p. m., June 6, 1893. There were present Messrs. Armstrong, Bryant, Bullard, Graham, McLean, Morgan, and Eaymond; absent, Governor Altgeld and Messrs. McKay, Gore, and Raab. The regent's report was then presented. EEGENT"S REPORT. To the Board of Trustees of the University of Illinois. GENTLEMEN: The twenty-sixth year in the history of the University is now near its close, and according to law and the duty imposed upon me, I report to you concerning the progress made and indicate the needs for future continuance and advancement. DEGREES. By vote of the faculty you are asked to give authority to confer degrees as follows: COLLEGE OF AGRICULTURE. Wilber John Fraser, COLLEGE OF ENGINEERING. Degree of Bachelor of Science.
