The board does not at this time ask authority to enter upon any new line of work. I t requests the board of trustees to make appropriations of experiment station funds to be used in carrying on the work of the Station during the quarter beginning January 1, 1894, according to Paper D. I would also call your attention to t h e communication presented at t h e last meeting of the board with regard to changing in some respects the methods of carrying on the station work, and with regard to lands, stock, tools, etc., desired by the Station.
