The m a t t e r of repairs upon the furnaces in the boiJer house was referred t o the Committee on Buildings and Grounds with power t o act. The Board then adjourned t o meet J u n e 27, 1892, a t 9 o'clock a. m., in the Grand Pacific Hotel, in Chicago.

The Board met p u r s u a n t t o adjournment in Room 44, Grand Pacific Hotel, Chicago, a t 9 o'clock a. m., Monday, J u n e 27, 1892. There were present Messrs. Bullard, B r y a n t , Clemens, Cobb, F u n k , Graham, McKay, McLean and Shawhan; absent, Governor Fifer, and Messrs. Morgan and R a a b . The Regent presented the following report from the Agricultural Experiment Station:

AGRICULTURAL E X P E R I M E N T STATION.

Acting Regent of the University of Illinois, D E A R SIR: The Board of Direction of the Agricultural Experiment Station of the University of Illinois makes this report of its work for t h e past three months. The accompanying papers give the financial statements: Paper A is a statement of the expenditures for the quarter ending March 31, 1892. Paper B is a list of the warrants drawn during the same quarter, and with it are the vouchers for audit, No. 143 to No. 207, inclusive. Paper C is a statement of expenditures for the current quarter up to June 15th. Paper D is a statement of the estimates for the quarter ending September 30, 1892. The Board of Trustees is asked to make appropriations of Station funds according to these estimates.
